Technical details can be developed afterwards. They should not become a barrier before the first enquiry.

Do I already need to know which profile I need?
No. Photographs, approximate dimensions and the required lighting effect are usually enough to narrow down the appropriate system.
Can I send drawings, photographs or tender documents?
Yes. After the prepared email opens, files can be attached directly before sending. Alternatively, send them to anfrage@bissinger-lights.de.
Do you also assess refurbishment and retrofit projects?
Yes. Existing step construction, cable routes, power supplies, controls and installation access can all be included in the initial assessment.
Can Bissinger Lights provide installation?
Depending on project location and scope, installation or commissioning support can be agreed. For international projects, the configured system can also be prepared for integration by the appointed local contractor.
Can I enquire about only part of the system?
Yes. An enquiry can concern individual profiles, recessed lighting, controls, seat row indicators, refurbishment or a complete project-specific system.
